Welcome to the middle of April. Astrologically we start off this week with the New Moon in fiery Aries. Venus and Pluto add to the heat on Sunday. Traditionally, Venus square Pluto indicates relationship breakups, you may judge others more harshly than normal. This aspect also can indicate a financial loss. This Sunday is a good day to think twice before speaking, just ride out whatever heightened emotions you are having.

This Monday the Moon goes void of course briefly before entering stable and security-minded Taurus where she will sit until Wednesday. There is a brief astrological dance between the Sun (Ego) and Mars (ambitions), Your sense of competition is heightened today, just be sure not to create new problems for yourself.

Venus enters Taurus mid-morning Wednesday. The themes for the next few weeks are romance and reliability. The Moon goes void of course on late Wednesday afternoon before entering Gemini just before midnight. The Sun sextiles lucky, expansive Jupiter early Thursday morning bringing sunny respite from all that fiery Mars confrontational energy we started the week off with.

Friday there are two significant astrological aspects happening, Sun square Pluto, which happens 4 times a year, and Mars trine Jupiter. The Sun/Pluto energy really will kick your biological urges into high gear, watch your impulsiveness. Mars trine Jupiter brings confidence and energy, sometimes too much. You may think you are able to do more than you really are. Watch whatever projects, commitments you make aren’t more than you can handle. The astrological weekends with Moon in Cancer so concentrate on home life, crafts, and family. Nurture yourself, Avoid petty arguments and tit for tat types of conversations, especially later in the day Saturday.
